Holy Yum! Have I got a quick and easy recipe for you today! I am totally addicted to these potatoes and they couldn't be any easier to make.  Great to serve with burgers, chicken, pork chops or fish.  I've never met a potato I didn't like...but these send me into the next stratosphere!!!
