Holy Yum! Have I got a quick and easy recipe for you today! I am totally addicted to these potatoes and they couldn’t be any easier to make. Great to serve with burgers, chicken, pork chops or fish. I’ve never met a potato I didn’t like…but these send me into the next stratosphere!!!

The Lipton Onion soup mix really makes the potatoes delicious!
So easy…just place packets on a cookie sheet to bake(easy clean up too) for 45-55 minutes at 350 F.

Ingredients
- 1-2 red potatoes,thinly sliced *can use any kind of potato
- 1/4 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 bacon slice, cooked and diced
- 1/2 Tbsp onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp butter, diced
- salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- *Recipe is for a single serving packet. Be sure to multiply ingredients to make 1 packet for each guest. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place foil pop up sheets or about 12 inches of regular foil(for each packet) on counter. Spray foil with non-stick spray. Place 1-2 sliced potatoes on each foil sheet. Place onion slices and diced bacon on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with 1/2 Tablespoon of dry onion soup mix and salt and pepper to taste. Dot with 1 Tablespoon butter. Bring foil together and fold over several times to seal, then fold up each side to seal sides. Place packet(s) on baking sheet and bake for 45-55 minutes. Enjoy!
