Hi Guys! Happy Thursday! The weekend is almost here~yay! Next week is also spring break for my daughter, so we are excited for a trip to Disney world and some fun in the Florida sunshine!
Today I have a recipe that will get you through those weeknight dinners and it it is super easy and quick as well. The recipe uses Kings Hawaiian rolls, ground beef, and cheese of your choice, all topped off with a buttery brown sugar mustard sauce that is to die for! The result is ooey, gooey, cheesy, soft, buttery, lip smacking good mini butter burgers. It is one of our family favorites for sure. As a matter of fact, I made these on Tuesday night and my daughter said “Thank you for making these Mom”….that is a WIN in my book! 🙂

Hawaiian buns are sliced and filled with crumbled ground beef mix, cheeses(I used pepper jack slices and
Colby jack shredded cheese here). I have made them with many different cheeses….even good old american slices works fine. I like to use the disposable foil pans for easy clean up, but a regular 9×13 pan works as well.
In a saucepan melt together butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce,
mustard, and sesame/poppy seeds.
Pour this fabulous sauce all over the tops of the buns!
Cover with foil and bake about 20 minutes at 350 F. Uncover foil and brown for 3-5 minutes more.
Ta-dah!!! Lip smacking Mini Butter Burgers!
Let them cool for about 5 minutes or so and dig in!
Gooey cheesy buttery goodness…is your mouth watering yet?
